  • How many people work at Gold Line Leatherworks?

Well, right now it’s actually just one. That’s me. Hi! Nice to meet you, I’m Jason. (Please don’t be confused by “we” or “our” throughout the website – it’s just easier this way)

  • How long have you been doing this?

Technically, Gold Line Leatherworks was born in January of 2021 when I officially formed the company. In actuality, Gold Line Leatherworks had been (and still is) a hobby/passion project of mine for several years, since I started leatherworking in 2018.

  • Where do your products come from?

I source products and materials from all over the world, and strive to provide only high-quality goods from trusted manufacturers in the US, Europe, and Asia.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

That depends entirely on the product(s) you order. The current lead time for any order from my workshop will be displayed at the top of the home page. Multiple handmade items will probably increase the production time, if I do not already have any/enough ready to go. Products from other suppliers may vary in delivery time depending on where they’re shipped from.

  • What if I’m not satisfied with the quality of the product I receive?

I offer a lifetime warranty on all GLL handmade products. If anything that came out of my workshop needs any kind of service as a result of normal wear and tear (popped stitches, leather cracked, seams separating, etc), I will repair or replace it.
